Thank you for shopping with Engage India Collective Foundation Online Store. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return only if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect*.
- The request is made within 2 days of delivery (typically 7–15 days).
- The item is in its original condition, unused, with original tags and packaging.
* Note: Change of mind returns may not be accepted unless stated otherwise.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Email us at engageindiaofficial@gmail.com with:
- Your Order ID with Screenshort (Optional)
- A photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
- Reason for return
- We will review and send you further return instructions.
3. Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and tags.
- Customized, digital products, or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 - 15 business days.
- Shipping costs (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original order and place a new order.
6. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is damaged/defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage.
7. Damaged/Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We’ll assess and advise next steps for replacement or refund.
